Pear Ginger Tom Collins 🍐
(Minus the Collins glass)
Happy October 1st 🎃

Ingredients 
2 oz hendricksgin 
1 oz Mathilde liqueur -poire
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 
1oz ginger simple syrup 
2 slices of pear muddled 
Splash of Italian lemon soda or soda water 

Muddle pear with lemon and simple. Add in gin and pear liqueur. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with a splash of lemon soda. Garnish with lemon, pear and juniper berries
