Butterfly Pea Flower Gin Fizz 🌸 Ingredients  2 oz gin 20 butterfly pea flower florets  1 oz fresh lemon juice  1 oz lavendar simple syrup (plain simple syrup is fine too) 1 egg white (~.75oz)  Top with soda water  Dry shake gin, lemon, simple, and egg white for 30 seconds. Add in ice and shake vigorously for an additional 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice and top with soda☺️.
