Hot Honey Fig Sour 

Ingredients 

2 figs halved and muddled 
.5 oz Hot Honey 
.75 oz. Lemon Juice 
1 oz Egg white (1 egg)
2 oz Rye Whiskey I used hudsonwhiskey 

Add honey, figs and lemon. Muddle. Add whiskey and egg white. Dry shake (shake with no ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker. Shake for another 30 seconds. Double strain to ensure smooth texture. garnish with a fig slice.
