Butterfly Pea Flower Gin Fizz 🌸

Ingredients 
2oz Gin of your choosing 
~20 butterfly pea flower florets 
1 oz lemon
1 oz lavender simple syrup (or plain simple syrup) 
1 egg white (~.75oz) 
Soda water 

Dry shake gin, lemon, simple syrup, and egg white for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake an additional 30 seconds. (Shake vigorously this will provide the frothy texture). Top with soda and garnish with pea flowers and lemon. 

You can infuse regular gin with butterfly pea flowers by stirring and letting it sit for about 15-20 minutes.☺️
