## Caption

Chips and Guacamole 🥑

1/2 C cilantro roughly chopped
1 jalepeno diced
1/2 white onion diced 
1 lime squeezed 
2 garlic cloves smashed 
Pinch of salt 
2.5 avocados halved 

Chips 
Corn tortillas cut into 6 
Frying oil (I used grape seed) 
Salt 
 

Directions 
Add in all ingredients minus avocados to mortar and pestle and grind into a paste. Add in avocados and mash together. (You can always add extra jalepenos, tomato, onion) 

Chips 
Bring oil to a frying temperatures. Fry chips for about 2 minutes and place on paper towels and salt. 

Serve and enjoy ☺️
