Unpopular opinion: potato wedges are better than fries 🥩🥔 

Potato Wedge Recipe 
2 russet potatoes 
1/4 C Parmesan cheese 
1 clove grated garlic 
1/8 C fresh parsley chopped 
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 
Pinch of salt and pepper 
Olive oil 
Preheat oven to 400
Toss together all of the ingredients. Lay potato wedges flat, cook for 40 minutes and flip potatoes half way through.
