## Caption

Cast iron pizza 🍕 10/10 

Pizza sauce 
28oz can San Marzanos 
3 cloves grated garlic
1Tbsp oil
1Tbsp butter 
RPF, oregano, basil 
Pinch of sugar 
Salt and pepper to taste 
 
Crush tomatoes with your hands or food processor. In a pan add oil butter garlic and seasonings and cook until fragrant, 
Add in crushed San marzanos, Simmer then reduce to low for an hour. 

Pizza dough recipe is from kingarthurbaking 

Bake pizza at 450F for 22-25 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted
