Make way for Cissy Wang! She’s on a mission to make a difference in her community and inspire other younger volunteers to do the same.

Cissy serves on our National Youth Council, a group of 13 young adult volunteers who support Red Cross Clubs across the country and serve as national ambassadors for our youth programs.

She recently traveled to the Bahamas for the XXII Red Cross Inter-American Conference, where she connected with representatives from more than 30 National Societies across the Americas.

During her trip, she also had the opportunity to:

➡️ Meet CruzRojaCrc President Dyanne Marenco González.
➡️ Learn best practices for amplifying youth and young adult voices in mission work.
➡️ Pose with the cutest possum stuffed animal.
➡️ Represent the American Red Cross as a youth leader.

Tap the link in our bio to hear more about her experience.
