Add cibolocreekranch to your travel destination list! ⛰️🤠 

Who knew West Texas had such a wonderful hidden gem! If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all, this is the place! We flew from Salt lake, to Dallas and caught a connecting flight to Midland and from there, it was about a 3.5 hr drive to the resort. So my recommendation for travel is to do it in the middle of the day so you aren’t showing up in the middle of the night, same when you fly home, give yourself 3.5 hours to get to the airport! 

They have multiple activities you can sign up for, we did horse back riding, mountain tour and skeet shooting. They also have things like hunting, (we want to come back for this and do an Aoudad hunt) ranch tours, massages, long range rifle shooting, 4 wheeler rides and more. 
Or you can just hang around the resort it’s self. They have a pool, hot tub, fishing pond, museums, hikes and coming soon, pickle ball! 

Depending when you come, you might want to bring a winter coat, beanie, wildrag and gloves! HAHA I guess we came during a cold front and that wind was BRISK! Who knew Texas could be so cold! 🥶 Spring time would be a perfect time to book a trip here. 

The in house chef is amazing, so don’t worry about food, I promise they will take care of you. The staff was so accommodating and kind ❤️ 

Other things to do, is travel around the area, you are about 30 minutes from the Mexico border, really close to big bend National park, and the close by cities include Marfa, Alpine and Fort Davis!
