I’m happy to report I finished my first book of the year in the cutest PJ’s to date!

Book: Atomic Habits by James Clear 

I absolutely loved this book, a new habit I wanted for the new year was to start my day at 7:30 am. That’s when I wake up to take the dogs out, but usually I go back to sleep, wake up and scroll my phone all morning, wasting my whole day. 
Since reading this book, it’s helped me to wake up at 7:30, take the dogs out and stay awake. Instead of scrolling my phone all morning, I’m not allowed on social media until 9 AM. This gives me all morning to get ready and or clean up the house, read my books, and plan my day. It’s a SMALL routine but I feel sooo much better about my days when I do this! 
Eventually, I’d love to wake up, take the dogs out and go to the gym first thing but that’s a future goal I’m working toward. I’ve got to habit being an early riser first 🤪
