Keeping a little texture gives the chimichurri that classic rustic consistency. 2️⃣ Build the chimichurri 🌿 Add the chopped basil and garlic to a bowl along with: * ½ cup avocado oil * 3 tbsp white wine vinegar * 1 tsp red pepper flakes * ½ tsp kosher salt * ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper 3️⃣ Mix it together Stir everything together until the basil and garlic are evenly coated and the oil and vinegar are well incorporated. Let the chimichurri sit for 10–15 minutes before serving.
