[RECIPE] Strawberry Blackberry Basil Salad 🍓🫐🌿 [RECIPE BELOW] 1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped into bite-sized pieces, 1 cup fresh blackberries, and 1 cup cucumber, chopped into small pieces. 2️⃣ Add 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine) and ¼ cup freshly chopped basil. Gently toss everything together. 3️⃣ Drizzle the salad with 2 tbsp honey and gently toss until the fruit and mozzarella are lightly coated. 4️⃣ Sprinkle with ¼ tsp sea salt to balance the sweetness and bring out the flavors. 5️⃣ Finish with ⅓ cup crushed pistachios, scattering them evenly over the top for a little crunch. 6️⃣ Give everything one final gentle toss, then serve immediately. For an extra pretty presentation, finish with a few whole blackberries, fresh basil leaves, and an additional drizzle of honey. 🍓✨ Sweet strawberries and blackberries, creamy mozzarella, crisp cucumber, fresh basil, crunchy pistachios, and a touch of honey make this an incredibly fresh and refreshing summer salad. 🌿🍓 #strawberrysalad #summersalad #freshrecipes #easyrecipes #saladrecipes
