Make sure to strain your potato’s well after shredding them.  3.) Add your potatoes to a separate bowl and add in about 1/2 tsp garlic powder per 🥔 (Mix well) 4.) Add oil and a knob of butter to a pan on medium heat  5.)Add in about a handful of your shredded potatos  6.) Flatten & Season with salt & pepper to taste  7.) Cook until crispy on both sides and ENJOY!
