The PERFECT @hatchforsleep Rest+ bedtime routine exists!!! Here’s Nash’s (he doesn’t leave his room anymore because of it 🙂)

Reading Time (10 mins) - soft light & City Lights music on low volume while we read books
Wind Down (14 mins) - I leave the room and Nash listens to Yukis Puppy Tales bedtime story! The beach story is his FAVORITE. He’s usually drifting off to sleep before the story even ends.
Sleep (for the rest of the night!) - red light and BROWN noise. Have you ever heard Brown noise before??? Because Wow it makes a HUGE difference!!!
