my shitty hormone diary:
i couldn’t even call it a menstrual CYCLE, it was more like a “come and go whenever you please, do whatever the hell you want” cycle.
i miscarried late January, had a period in February then guess what....NOTHIN’. i’d been hearing lots of buzz around alaninutrition Balance supplements when it comes to hormone health. so in June, i thought hell, what do i have to lose...
on day 30, i took the last balance pill of my first bottle. the next day, i woke up to A PERIOD! i rushed back to GNC to grab my second bottle. i was happy but didn’t expect it to happen again (beginners luck) 😉. with hormone imbalances, ya just never freakin know, am i right?!? well this morning ya girl woke up to the witch herself!!! aunt flo, whatever you refer to her as. 💀😆
if you’re trying to balance your hormones please go take a look at alaninutrition instagram page. their testimonials are amazing, and the proof is in the pudding.
AND LET ME SAY THIS LOUD AF SO EVERYONE CAN HEAR...
EVEN IF YOU AREN’T TTC, HORMONE HEALTH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 i wish i would have invested effort into my hormones when i was 15!!! instead of happily going months with no period. not gunna lie, it was great at the time. 🤦🏼‍♀️ listen to your body ladies! (and gentlemen, actually, they have men that see awesome results as well)

and just go do yourself a favor and follow katyhearnfit 😆
she’s the owner of this awesome company & isn’t too big for her britches!!! i had a question about my Balance & she promptly answered it for me! 💛
