Save this for your 📍State Fair of Texas day with the kids, and send it to the mom who’s already planning her Fair trip.  🎡 State Fair of Texas with Kids: What to Know • 🎟️ Tickets: Kids 3+ are $10 every day; kids 2 and under are FREE • 🅿️ Parking: We parked at Gate 2 for $25, and the walk to the entrance was pretty short without walking outside the property • ⏰ Give yourself extra time: Plan for about 30 extra minutes from getting off the highway to waiting in the parking line, parking, and walking to the gate. • 🐴 Little Lone Stars: Dedicated area for little kids with rides (4–8 tickets), free fair shows + non-moving attractions  • 🎢 Midway: Games + rides for older kids and adults, averaging 6–10 tickets • 🌭 lots of kid-friendly food were 10 tickets, or bring your own! • 👜 Stroller, wagon, diaper/baby bag, water + snacks are allowed.  • ☂️ Shade + AC: Lots of giant umbrellas & air-conditioned attractions for cooling off • 🐄 Free toddler-friendly stops: Birthing Barn, Urban Farm + car show • 💙 Sensory-Friendly Mornings: Wednesdays, 11 am–1:30 pm, with reduced Midway lights + sounds #statefairoftexas #thingstodoindfw #dfwmoms #dallasmoms #knowbeforeyougo
