Ingredients:
1 box rotini pasta (16oz)
1 jar marinara sauce (24oz)
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet and brown ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add jar of pasta sauce to meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large baking dish, combine cooked pasta and meat sauce. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella and the parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
Let cool and serve!
