Everyday before Beckham’s nap we go outside for some quiet time in our tree swing. We listen to nature’s sounds, snuggle together, do a calm activity, and sometimes read a book. This is definitely my favorite part of our day. 🤎

What activity do you do with your little one to help them wind down?
