Cheers to Pasta Salad Season! 🥗☀️ aka the time of year my husband I have coined when the sun is out and you need an easy family-friendly meal!

I threw this recipe together while grocery shopping one year and it’s been on rotation ever since! You can serve hot or cold.

Here’s the “recipe”:
• 1 16oz bag of pasta, we prefer bucatini
• 1 box of sweet mini tomatoes, chopped
• half a purple onion, chopped
• half a yellow onion, chopped
• juice and zest of 1 lemon
• two burrata cheese balls
• high quality olive oil, about a cup, add more if too dry
• fresh (recommended) or freeze dried basil
• half a cup of balsamic
• salt and pepper as you go

As always, measure with your heart based on your personal preferences - I always eye ball it!
