Come explore the George W. Bush Presidential Center with me 🇺🇸🦅⭐

Housed within @thebushcenter, the George W. Bush Presidential Museum brings the story of President and Mrs. Bush’s leadership to life through artifacts, documents, audiovisual, and interactive displays. Visitors experience many facets of President Bush’s time in the White House, including the 2000 election, key moments from the presidency, and more through different engaging exhibits like:

• Replica Oval Office ☎️: designed to look identical to the Oval Office when President Bush was in office, including art, custom rug, and photos from the office.

• Decision Points Theatre 🖥️: play the role of President and dive into the decision-making process and voice how you would act as President when faced with major crises.

• 9/11 memorial ❤️: remember the events of September 11, 2001, through artifacts including steel from the World Trade Center.

• Laura W. Bush Native Texas Park 🌾: open year-round, free to visit, and reflects President and Mrs. Bush’s love of the native Texas landscape.

Plus, now through 2024, explore the Freedom Matters special exhibit, which uses rare artifacts and historical documents, interactive activities, and personal perspectives to examine the concept of freedom.

The Center also offers events throughout the year, like storytime 📚 at the Bush Museum. This free recurring event is available Tuesdays at 10 a.m. for ages 5 and under.

If you’d love to visit regularly, there’s a family membership 🎟️, which includes one year of admission to the Museum for two adults and all children under 18. Plus, you’ll receive advance notice on ticket purchases for Engage at the Bush Center series presented by NexPoint, and an invitation to the Engage Merry and Bright Night event during the holidays.
