Would you make these for lunch or dinner? 👇 @Angelo Coassin   Ingredients: 1 zucchini 100g grated cheese (or mozzarella) 2 tbsp cream cheese 4 slices prosciutto Fresh rocket Olive oil Salt and pepper Method: Slice the zucchini and arrange the slices on a parchment-lined baking tray. Cover with the grated cheese and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden.
