Nothing irritates me more than someone judging me for not being in competition shape anymore. No I haven't let myself go. I still work out regularly and I eat well. The difference is I'm more focused on health and wellness than having a six pack. Being super shredded is rarely HEALTHY and puts a great deal of stress on your body. And the people judging someone that's maintaining a HEALTHY weight now is usually someone that has no idea what it even means to be in competition shape. I may compete again one day but I'm very happy with where I am now. 130lb and 5'8 isn't so bad. ✌🏻 #healthylifestyle #happylifestyle #fitnessjourney #fitness #teamnoabs #advostrong #advocare
