Blend until you obtain a fluffy cream. Add the whipped cream and mix well. Transfer to a piping bag. For the Cookies: 1 1/2 cups of cookies (150 g) 2 tablespoons of melted butter (30 g) Instructions: Crush the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Assembly: Pipe a layer of mousse into the glass.
