Chicken and Mozzarella Stuffed Baguette, Ingredients: 	•	1 long baguette 	•	Olive oil 	•	10.5 oz (300g) chicken breast 	•	Salt 	•	1 tbsp yogurt 	•	1 tbsp paprika 	•	5.3 oz (150g) tomato sauce 	•	7 oz (200g) mozzarella 	•	1 tomato Simplified Preparation: 	1.	Baguette: 	•	Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. 	•	Brush the inside with olive oil. 	•	Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes until crisp. 	2.	Chicken: 	•	Cut the chicken into cubes. 	•	Mix with salt, a bit of oil, yogurt, and paprika. 	•	Marinate for 10 minutes, then cook in a pan for 5 minutes. 	•	Shred the cooked chicken with your hands. 	3.	Assemble: 	•	Spread tomato sauce inside the baguette. 	•	Add half the mozzarella, sliced tomato, shredded chicken, and remaining mozzarella. 	4.
