4 INGREDIENT LEMON TRUFFLES 🍋🍫 
These lemon truffles taste like a lemon bar but in snack form!  I used a combination of challengebutter ’s new lemon dessert snack spread for that dreamy lemon flavor, and lemon zest for a bit of added texture!

INGREDIENTS 
-3 cups high quality white chocolate chips
-4 tbsp heavy cream
-zest of one lemon (optional)
-4 tbsp Challenge Lemon Dessert Snack Spread
-powdered sugar, sprinkles, or coconut (optional)

Place the white chocolate chips, heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon snack spread into a heat proof bowl and microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted.

Place into the fridge to set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Once set, scoop out bite sized balls of the chocolate mixture then roll until smooth. If desired, coat the truffles in powdered sugar, sprinkles or coconut.
