As downtown Hollywood continues to grow into one of South Florida’s most exciting cities to live, work and play, BTI Partners is proud to be at the forefront of the movement with our new project near Young Circle Park. 

Last year, we secured an $83 million construction loan in partnership with Bridge Investment Group for a rental, mixed-use complex on the site of the former Hollywood Bread Building. It is amazing to see construction move forward and change the city’s landscape to the benefit of current and future residents.
