This prep I did everything on my own. I didn't have anyone help me with my diet, workout, or posing. I mean, I even did my own hair, makeup and nails! I'm pretty sure I am one of the few that can say that coming into a show these days... I do think a coach would have helped but for some of the competitors out there spending sooo much $$$ it is possible to do your own prep with the right research! My posing was definitely rushed but this show I can say my confidence level on stage was 50 times better and I couldn't be happier!!! Now time to improve and get the overall next show! 👸🏆 #firstplace #bikiniclassd #posing #bikiniposing #contestprep #competitionprep #fitfam #exercise #abs #inspire #motivate #fitness #shredded #workout #gymfreak #bikinibooty #npcbikini #npc #physique #fitnessaddict #bodybuilding #fitspo #shesquatsbro #squat #fitnessfemale #bestigfitnessgirls #fitfuel #followme #fitnessjourney #instagrambodybuilding
