FREE COMMUNITY PILATES CLASSES IN DALLAS 💖 Watch me do pilates for the first time as someone who is unfit and hates exercising. Sorta, I hate going to the gym! I never know what to do and the classes can sometimes be impersonal or judgmental. Totally different experience at Reformed Pilates, I took a private group class with my friends to ease some of the intimidation but realized pretty early on I was very comfortable! I had great instructors who were very patient and understanding that it was my first time and it felt very very judgement free. The whole time I was encouraged to take breaks when needed, offered a balance stick, they embraced that my arms and legs were shaking letting me know it’s totally normal. I felt great! No lie, it definitely kicked my butt. I am super sore but it’s a reminder of a good workout done! I’m definitely going to be back, in fact, I’ve already booked another class for my mom and I! And there’s some great incentives for YOU as well! Reformed Pilates at their North Dallas location is offering FREE community classes from 3/29 - 4/5! You can also lock in LIFETIME Founder’s Rates if you sign up before 3/29! You can even stack my code AVONLASTCHANCE to get an added $10 off per month on the lifetime membership! THATS DISCOUNTED PILATES FOREVAAAAAA!! Lifetime discounted Founder’s Rates are available at North Dallas (8x/month—$149, normally $169 and Unlimited Monthly—$189, normally $219) 📍Reformed Pilates North Dallas 17062 Preston Rd Ste 108 Dallas, TX 75248 Follow me @avon.nguyen for more food and fun! 💖 • • • #dallas #dallastx #dfw #dallasfun #dallaspilates #pilatesdallas #pilates #reformer @THE REFORM PILATES
