CATCH DALLAS: An honest review ✨

To preface everything: I paid for this meal with my own money. No bias opinions here! 🤑

I’ve been to Catch in Vegas before but I wanted to see if they’d be able to keep the quality of food up here while taking their own Texas spin on it. First impressions was the atmosphere: it’s definitely giving old money oil tycoon but in a good way. Very dark, moody, and sexy. 

Here’s what I got to eat:
🎏Toyosu Platter 
🦐Crispy Shrimp
🦞Surf and Turf Roll
🍢Filet Skewers
🍣Nirigi Platter
🍘Wagyu Fried Rice
🐟Whole Branzino 
🎡The Carnival (donuts) 

To be honest, I was prepared to be kind of a hater, just because we have A LOT of similar concepts in Dallas where in theory it’s a very cute Instagrammable spot but the service and food and lacking. However, I felt like Catch exceeded my expectations on food, service, and atmosphere. 

Is it expensive, YES. But so are most nice restaurants in Dallas. Would I go back? YES. But for celebrations only, I ain’t got money like that 🥲
