It’s always been my husbands dream to cook Pad See Ew at home so when we met Chef Nikky who has a new cook book coming out we knew we had to enlist her help! 🧑‍🍳🥘

Her book is called “Thai Food and Travel with Chef Nikky: Easy Thai Recipes To Feed Your Soul” that’s exactly what we needed right? She was even kind enough to invite us into her restaurant, Asian Mint, a locally acclaimed spot to test out the recipe! 📕📖

As you can see in the video, her cookbook and ready-made sauce made the process a breeze for Brady who has never cooked Pad See Ew or used a wok before!
