I don’t need to tell y’all about the gorgeous marbling on that short rib right? Because it was INSANE! Each piece was juicy and flavorful I almost fought for the last piece!

I came on a weekday right before the dinner rush and I’m so glad I did because not more than 10 minutes later the dining room was full and there was a line of people waiting out the door! I knew it must be good 🤤

Here’s what I had:
🥩Kkotsal (Boneless Short Ribs)
🥩Yangnyeom Kkotsal (Marinated Short Ribs)
🥩Yangnyeom Anchangsal (Marinated Skirt Steak)
🥓Samgyeopsal (Pork Belly)
🥞Haemul Pajeon (Seafood Pancake)

Next time I come back I want to take advantage of their lunch and dinner combos because you get A LOT of food for a great price!

I will say this is definitely a pricey option, BUT the meat quality is much better than a lot of places and the portions are big so you can def come with a group and split the cost while eating yummy food hehe 🥰

Follow me @avon.nguyen for more food and fun in the Dallas area! 💖
