For the past week I’ve been feeling a mixture of emotions. Between sadness and anger to helplessness and fear, I really didn’t know how to process.

I ultimately ended up PISSED asf. Pissed at this administration, the criminal in office, even at some of my own community who voted for this.

Overall, I realized that I have a voice, I have power and that power is a privilege bc of the family before me who made the journey here seeking a better life.

📍No Kings Day of Defiance
A protest organized by a coalition of grassroots and groups across the US will be taking place all around DFW!

There’s multiple links in my bio including the protest main website along with People Over Paper’s 🧊tracker!

Protesting is just one of many ways to show your support. For some it’s not safe, and thats okay, but at the end of the day, your voice holds power!
