Do you ever feel sad, but don’t really know why? What if that feeling means you aren’t giving yourself the time or permission to do the little things in life that bring you the most joy? That was me last night. I’ve learned to listen to that inner voice. As a creative person, I need to cook, craft, travel or decorate to fill my happiness cup! I couldn’t fly to Disney World, so I went to the Dollar Tree then home to make this cute Halloween Mickey Pumpkin! For about 15 minutes and $3, life was not a struggle. It was so fun! Now I’m looking forward to decorating my house for fall today. 🧡🎃🍁 Hi - I’m Amy Locurto, I started Living Locurto 15 years ago after feeling overwhelmed by the everyday struggles of life. Trying to raise small children, run a graphic design business and be a good friend and wife was so hard. Creative projects used to bring the most joy into my life. I felt a loss for having to give up that part of myself. There just wasn't enough time in the day! I found joy by channeling my creativity into everyday chores such as cooking, making school lunches, kids playdates, etc. Then shared those ideas on my blog. I was shocked that people found inspiration from my ideas. Then a new brand and career was born... Living Locurto! Life is often a struggle, follow for fun creative ways to turn life's simple moments into magical memories. What little things bring you joy? #dollartreediy #dollartreecrafts #disneyhalloween #disneycrafts #mickeypumpkin #livinglocurto #disneycreator #disneydiycrafts #disneydollartree #diycraftideas #halloweencrafts
