My Summer Side Quest: Find and dine at the BEST mom & pop restaurants around Dallas. 😎

❤️ Uncle Zhou serves amazing hand-draw noodles and traditional Chinese Henan cuisine.

This Michelin recommended restaurant has gone viral many times for the chef’s hand pulled noodles. So happy he moved from New York to the Dallas area. It’s so special to have this so close to home!

If you love supporting small businesses, I highly recommend their delicious food! This restaurant is adorable and a must try!
