It’s time for a reset and to make these easy Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps!

I lost over 30lbs last year and need to lose another 30 this year. When I set my 2021 goal to lose 25 lbs, I really didn’t believe I would do it. But I kept up my will power and didn’t give in to late night snacking or sweets and shed more than I planned to! If I can do it, so can you!

This is one of my go-to recipes that has lots of flavor and very few calories.

You will love these tacos made with lettuce instead of tortillas. Better yet, they’re dairy-free and absolutely healthy for you! Let me know if you try this.
