So many new things going on lately!!! Finally after waiting 4 months to see a new doctor, I had more tests done yesterday to try to find out what kind of autoimmune disease I have. She wants me to see 3 more specialists, so it will be a while before I have answers. 😱 Along with keeping up with my health, I have been working hard helping my mastermind community learn more and grow their blogs (come join us! This group is amazing and so many smart people who will inspire you!! DM me or Check out AmysCircle.com for info)

I have so much going on that I forget to share with you here... I’ll do better in the future! ❤️

I’ve changed by diet to try to help whatever my health issue is to stop flaring up and this recipe is one of my favorites!!

Incredibly easy, low-carb Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower that turns out perfectly crispy in an air fryer or oven.

You don’t need an air fryer for this recipe as I have both the oven and air fryer recipe for you. But it’s so much quicker in the air fryer, that it might make you want to run out and buy one!

Recipe in my profile link.
