It’s time to prep the Christmas breakfast casserole! It’s our family tradition.

Every year, we looked forward to my mom’s breakfast casserole on Christmas morning. I don’t remember her making it any other time of the year but that day, which made it extra special.

Now that my mom is gone, this family tradition is even more special to keep going. It’s the perfect heartwarming dish to cook this holiday season. The pure, creamy goodness brings back wonderful family memories and is a sure sign of a fun, delicious holiday spread.

Get the recipe in my profile link. Merry Christmas!
