The International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste, led by @UN's Food & Ag Org and @UNEP, reminds us that every action to reduce food loss and waste counts. The Italian Taekwondo Federation shares this commitment with FAO and UNEP. In freestyle taekwondo, nothing is wasted: every movement has a purpose, and every gram of energy counts.
