## Caption

“Not all noise is truth.” 📣 Monique Rodriguez, founder of @Mielle Organics, joins me on @Aspire with Emma Grede and opens up about what it really looks like to build while everyone has something to say, criticism, misinformation, and what she calls “malicious noise.” Because not every opinion is rooted in truth… and not all feedback is meant for you. What matters is staying grounded in why you started in the first place, and not letting outside voices pull you away from that. Our episode is out now on @YouTube!🎙️✨ #emmagrede #aspirewithemmagrede #mielleorganics #moniquerodriguez
