Polpette in crema di gorgonzola  Ingredienti  500gr macinato di manzo 300gr mollica di pane secca  300ml di latte 2 uova  Prezzemolo q.b 100gr di pangrattato Noce moscata q.b 150gr parmigiano Per la crema di gorgonzola  60gr di farina 60 gr di burro  500ml di latte  200gr di gorgonzola  Preparazione  Per preparare le polpette mettiamo il pane raffermo ad ammorbidirsi nel latte lo strizziamo e lo mettiamo in una ciotola tutti gli ingredienti  Creiamo le nostre polpettine e le scottiamo in una padella  Intanto mettiamo sul fuoco 60 gr di burro e 60 gr di farina , creiamo il roux mescolando aggiungiamo il latte e facciamo addensare  Appena inizia ad addensare ci sciogliamo il gorgonzola . Mettiamo la crema di gorgonzola con le nostre polpette e tappiamo il tutto 5 minutini e mangiamo 🇺🇸🇬🇧 Meatballs in gorgonzola cream sauce  Ingredients  500gr ground beef 300gr dried breadcrumbs  300ml milk 2 eggs  Parsley to taste 100gr breadcrumbs Nutmeg to taste 150gr parmesan cheese For the gorgonzola cream  60gr flour 60gr butter  500ml milk  200gr gorgonzola cheese  Preparation  To prepare the meatballs we put the stale bread to soften in milk we squeeze it and put it in a bowl all the ingredients  We create our patties and sear them in a frying pan  In the meantime we put on the fire 60 gr of butter and 60 gr of flour , we create the roux stirring we add the milk and let it thicken  As soon as it starts to thicken we melt the gorgonzola .
