I was nominated by the one and only @bart_johnson & @Ricky Pond — to take on the USC #SpeakYourMIND Challenge! Mental health matters — and it’s time we talk about it. I’m proud to support @activeminds and encourage everyone to speak up, check in, and spread love. Now it’s your turn… I challenge @Brenna D’Amico , @Holly Auna , and @HappyKelli to keep the momentum going! Let’s raise awareness, raise our voices, and raise some ice-cold buckets! #SpeakYourMIND #ActiveMinds #MentalHealthAwareness
