Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). 	2.	Cut tortillas into Dorito-style triangles. 	3.	Toss with oil, salt, nutritional yeast, and seasonings until evenly coated. 	4.	Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray. 	5.	Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy (not brown). → They crisp up more as they cool.
