This is my biggest cauliflower harvest so far, and I turned them into steaks for our guests. By combining the right ingredients, I promise you won’t even miss a classic steak! RECIPE: 🫘 Hummus  -1 can butter beans  -1 tbsp peanut butter or tahini  -1 tbsp nutr.yeast  -1/2 cup olive oil  -2 garlic cloves  -1/2 cup water  -salt & pepper  -juice of half lemon  -2 ice cubes  Blend until smooth and silky  Cauliflower steak  -cut the cauliflower in 2-3 stakes  -rub them in olive oil and a mix of paprika and your fave spices. -cook each side in a pan with some butter ,sage and garlic . -serve on a bed of hummus,parsley,chillies and roasted hazelnuts. -use the leftover cauliflower bits for another recipe #cauliflower #steak #EasyRecipes #healthyrecipes #steaktiktok #fyp
