OAT PULP ENERGY BITES:  - Leftover pulp from one cup oats - 1 x tbsp sunflower/pistachio butter or any other nut or seed butter - 1 x tbsp date paste - 1 x tbsp flax seeds - 100g x melted chocolate - For coating: shredded coconut, almond flakes, pistachios, matcha, chopped goji berry, sesame seeds, or any other ingredient you like. 2. AMARETTI RECIPE:  - 2 x cups blended almonds - 120 x g sugar - 1 x tbsp baking powder  - 1 x tbsp amaretto liquor or almond essence - Bake at 160 C for 17 mins  3. HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE SPREAD: - Leftover hazelnut pulp from making hazelnut milk - 4 x ounces (about 115 grams) dark chocolate, chopped - 1/4 x cup cocoa powder - 1/2 x cup powdered sugar (adjust based on preference) - 2 x tablespoons hazelnut oil or coconut oil, melted - 1 x teaspoon vanilla extract - A pinch of salt 4. BAKLAVA: - 24 x sheets phyllo pastry - hazel pulp from milk  - 1/4 x cup crushed hazelnuts  - 1/2 x cup chocolate  - 1 x tbsp cacao powder  - 2-3 x tbsp butter  BAKLAVA SYRUP: - 1 x cup water  - 1 x cup maple syrup  5.
