Stop throwing your empty mustard jar, instead make this delicious zero waste mustard dressing in just a few minutes! We used a few leftover vegetables in the fridge to make a delicious potato salad like my grandma used to make. RECIPE: * 2 or 3 tbsp x leftover mustard from a jar  * 3 tbsp x lemon juice  * 1 teasp x maple syrup  * 2 teasp x olive oil  * 3 x minced cloves of garlic * 2 teasp x chives * 1 teasp x tahini Combine all the ingredients in the almost empty jar of mustard. Close the lid tightly and shake well until fully mixed. For a thinner sauce, add a few teaspoons of water at a time until you reach your desired texture.
