I DON'T THINK THIS IS WORKING.😲
As far as the advice my therapist gave me, I think we might be moving in the wrong direction here. Unless being even more scatterbrained is part of the beginning stages of the process. 😵 I'm rolling with it though and I'm not going to be taking life so seriously from now on. It's okay to be goofy and once you stop worrying about other people's opinions, life gets a whole lot better.😜
