Here are some examples:

❌ I have to get out of bed.
✅ I am able to get out of bed. 

❌ I have to go to work.
✅ I am fortunate enough to have work.

❌I have to prepare meals. 
✅ I not only have food. I get to provide meals for my family. 

If you were to implement the half glass full method into your life would your day to day improve or decline? My money would be on improvement. Even if you were to slowly start to implement positivity and optimism into small areas of your life, not only would your daily life improve but your confidence would improve as well. 

It could be the greatest gift you've ever given yourself.
