USING MY PAIN PATH TO HELP YOU WITH YOURS.

I write to my brother who has been gone since January 2019. I write about memories we shared. I tell him about our family. About his children, our nephew he never got the chance to meet, my children and my grandson. I tell him about mom and dad. How much we miss him and how much everything has changed since he was taken from us. How the holidays are different and difficult now instead of joyous and wonderful. I write it out and it helps me to cope with surviving without him. There is an enormous amount of guilt we carry when we survived but they didn't. 💔
I know this may sound silly to a lot of you but the reason that I bury them, is so that they are still here on this earth with me but maybe, just maybe where he is he can somehow still find them. It brings me peace and that's what surviving is, isn't it? Trying to find peace while still living life. While surviving. 

Some days I cry the entire time I'm writing, as you can see in this reel, my eyes are red and puffy because it was a crying letter day. I'm not one of those people who only post the fluff. I want to help people and I cannot authentically do that without being vulnerable and transparent. So, I've unlocked my secret vault where I keep all my vulnerabilities and coping mechanisms in hopes that I can use my pain path to help you on yours.

❤️Be careful who you let into your life. Just because you think you know someone doesn't necessarily mean they're not dangerous. 
❤️Talk to your loved ones, young and old about the dangers of internet safety. People are not always who they appear to be. Just because you have talked to them online for a while does not mean they are harmless. Trust me, I know all too well.
