THIS is where it all started. 
ECES 💚🐉💛

I remember seeing him in the hallway and thinking he's cute but it didn't hit me hard until field day in 4th grade. Yup..4th grade. 😄 I saw him push another kid out of the way while they were playing needle in a haystack. I remember telling my friend Summer "Clint is soooo cute. Did you see him push that boy outta the way?!" Kids right? 😆

Spoiler alert, we didn't get together until we were in our 30's. We had hung out in the past a few times and had the same friend group but we never dated or tried anything serious. We were young, we both liked each other but the timing was just not right.❌⌚

He went on with his life, and had a wonderful son. I carried on with mine and had two kids with a man who I spent most of my younger years with. We do not regret our paths. Our kids are everything to us. If we could change it, we wouldn't. Our family is what it is today because of those choices.

So time moves forward and I'm finally at a place where I'm content with being alone. I definitely wasn't shopping around for a new boyfriend. I had a lot of baggage and I knew I needed to settle some things before I tried to start a new chapter in the book of love. Then out of blue I get a Facebook message from Clint. I was in the hospital for my first time with liver failure. He was so kind, concerned about me and asked if I would please stay in touch. I didn't think much of it because I had some serious things going on so, I said I would but I didn't.😐

⏩ Fast forward several months later and I got another Facebook message. He said he was glad to see I was doing better and had decided to get sober. We talked for awhile and then discovered I was only a ten minute drive away so he came over and the rest is...
