You know those moments when everything makes sense all at once? I had one of those last night and this is what I've realized.

We shouldn't be constantly chasing the next thing that makes us happy. We should be sitting with the things that we already have that fill us with joy. We should be in the moment more. I struggle with this too. Noone is immune to life's pain. So what should we do? Here's what I've came up with...

Watch more sunsets, play a game with your family, take a walk and soak in the beauty of nature. Go visit your parents, talk about your childhood with them. It shows them you remember their hard work and appreciate it. Take more pictures and videos. Record your family members voices. (I wish I had my dad's voice.) Look through old photographs. Get in your attic or storage and find things that when you look at them memories start to flow. Push the pain away by filling up on happiness.😊

 💞DIG UP YOUR JOY.

Slow down and take a minute to think about all that you do have in your life. If you sit in the chaos and pain long enough, your happiness and joy will be buried. You have to dig up your joy and release the flow of happiness back into your life. 💞
